Studio and its
story
The Createrra story began in 2004, when we first discovered the potential of natural materials and energy-efficient solutions at a conference in Denmark. Since then, our goal has been to create architecture that is not just a response to the demands of the present, but a visionary answer to future challenges.
The rafting of the Little Danube in the summer of 2025 drew us into nature, which has the power to strengthen architectural studios.
Back when ecological buildings were still considered experimental, we set out to show that they can also be beautiful, comfortable, and technically advanced. From our very first project, we knew there was no turning back. This bold approach has attracted clients who are not just looking for an eco-friendly building, but who seek true value.
Over the past 20 years, we have completed more than 100 projects, always staying true to our original idea: architecture must create a better world for all generations. From this idea, our philosophy of supraorganic architecture gradually took shape, connecting the rawness of nature with technological advancement and setting a new standard of sustainability.
At the end of the day, Createrra is above all about people. About a team of architects who stick together, inspire each other, and seek solutions that make sense. That’s why we feel that every house we create is, in a way, also our shared home. We put a part of ourselves into each project, along with a strong conviction and a vision for better architecture. For us, these are not just buildings, but places where life grows, new stories are created, and where you will feel good - today and for many years to come.
Who is Createrra?
When the climate changes in the future, it will not affect us. If electricity becomes more expensive, it won’t be a problem. Any extremes can be mitigated through a supraorganic approach.

“We are approaching the first 1,000 days spent in our family home designed by your Createrra studio. After 990 days of continuous operation of the PKOM4 Classic unit, we have recorded a total energy consumption of 5,086 kWh, covering ventilation, heating, cooling, and domestic hot water preparation. For our floor area, this means an annual consumption of just under 18 kWh/m²—while maintaining comfortable conditions: winter heating at 22–23 °C and summer cooling at 25 °C. If my calculations are correct, even without the PV system, this would mean energy costs (excluding cooking and lighting) of up to €30 per month.”

“Even after several years, living in the house is excellent, and we truly enjoy it. The indoor climate remains pleasant, whether it’s summer or winter. Often, we hardly feel like going outside. We chose Createrra because we were impressed by their previous projects and their approach to passive houses and sustainable building. From the very beginning, collaboration went very smoothly; we were open to new ideas and welcomed the advice of experienced architects. We were often pleasantly surprised by their solutions. We greatly appreciate that the collaboration continued throughout the construction of the house as well.”

“Living in a passive house is primarily about thermal comfort. What does that mean? Consistency. Minimal temperature fluctuations. Warm in winter, pleasantly cool in summer. Working with Createrra was excellent. From the very beginning until the handover—not only of the architectural documentation, but also during construction—whenever the contractor was unsure, they knew exactly whom to call and always received the answers they needed.”
Ivan Sýkora
“Working with Createrra has been very open and fair from the very beginning. Many times, Createrra went above and beyond when we needed to consult something or changed the concept multiple times. We never encountered a negative reaction. This is a team of professionals who know exactly what they are doing, but above all, they are capable and willing to listen to the client. We truly appreciated that.”
